Clients contacted us about their basement that was unfinished and being used as a workspace and storage.

 

They wanted a guest bedroom, full bath, work space, movie area, and to improve the pool table area.

After a field verification, we were able to create a floor plan that included all of their wants. Next steps were to share a presentation of custom millwork, interior finishes, and lighting. This process allowed us to work out all of the final details.

 

Once selections and details were approved, a full set of construction documents were created for pricing, permitting, and construction.
